United States Coast Guard

One "United States Coast Guard" identification card that was issued to Franklin D. Dougherty. The rectangular card has rounded corners and is printed in black text on pale yellow paper with a light green Coast Guard emblem in the background. Blank lines have been completed in black typewritten text on both sides of the card that show the applicant's name, height, weight, eye color, hair color, birth date, and index fingerprint. The applicant's signature is shown in black ink along with a black and white, head and shoulders photograph. The card has an embossed seal and has been initialed by "H. A. Meyers, Lieutenant, U.S.C.G."
