United States Coast Guard Auxiliary

One "United States Coast Guard Auxiliary" pass and one identification card that were issued to Franklin D. Dougherty. The rectangular cards are printed in black text on pale green paper and have a gold-colored Coast Guard Auxiliary emblem in the background. Blank lines have been completed in black typewritten text that show the name, height, weight, eye color, and hair color of the auxiliary member. The member's signature is shown in black ink along with a black and white, head and shoulders photograph. A gold-colored Coast Guard Auxiliary embossed seal is located on the bottom of the pass card. Both the embossed seal and the photo have been endorsed with a black handwritten signature of a Coast Guard official, "Edward Bodkin." The two cards are held in a brown leather card holder.
