U.S. Merchant Mariner's Document
One laminated identification card entitled "U.S. Merchant Mariner's Document." The wallet-size card was issued by the U.S. Coast Guard on December 12, 1960, to Arthur Page of Detroit, Michigan. The card indicated that he was qualified as a "Fireman-Oiler-Watertender." A photo, home address, and applicant signature are shown on the front of the card. A personal description, social security number, and left thumb print are shown on the verso.
