Speakeasy membership card for Old Polar Bear Cafe, on the corner of State Street, and West Jefferson Avenue in Ecorse, "where every meal is a pleasant memory." The card is printed in black on beige, and includes images of several tables of people dining, and a waiter carrying a tray of steaming food. "Fish, frog, and chicken dinners," and "spaghetti and ravioli," are advertised on the card. The phone number "Cedar 9461," is printed on the card, but it has been crossed out and rewritten as "AT. 1459," in pencil. "Alex," has also been written at the bottom of the card in pencil.
