Fort Gratiot Lodge No. 374 of the Free and Accepted Masons lifetime membership card for Thompson Campbell, issued on November, 3, 1966, although his membership was dated November, 11, 1959. The card is signed by the lodge's secretary Milan M. Reynolds. A statement of certification from Chas. L. Sherman, Grand Secretary is printed on the verso. The card is printed on yellow paper with the Masonic square and compass symbol printed, and a lightly embossed seal on the recto, and the emblem of the Michigan Grand Lodge on the verso.
