One membership card for the "Union Lodge of Strict Observance No. 3" of the Free & Accepted Masons of Michigan. The rectangular card is printed in blue text on heavyweight white paper that has rounded corners. The front of the card shows the name of the organization with a small Masonic emblem and embossed seal. Typewritten text shows the year "1968," and name, "Frank B. Dougherty," who was a life member of the Lodge. The verso has a short certification statement in blue printed text, a Masonic emblem, and the signature of "Chas. T. Sherman, Grand Secretary."
