Tan paper card noting the geographic disparity of which wards candidates in the 1918 Detroit City Council election reside. The card features a chart and text printed in black on the front. Print down the side reads "LOCATION OF CANDIDATES FOR COUNCILMEN / 15 OF THE 18 LIVE IN THE WEST 11 WARDS / ONLY 3 LIVE IN THE EAST 10 WARDS." The chart then lists the wards and the last names of the candidates that live in each one. A vertical bar across the east side of the chart reads "EAST SIDE VOTERS REMEMBER."
