Trade card advertising Dr. Thomas' Eclectric Oil. The recto bears a color illustration of a stage actress Mary Anderson in a green and blue gown, long green gloves, and a wide-brimmed pink hat with "Dr. Thomas' Eclectric Oil," printed around the brim. "Mary Anderson, Foster Milburn & Co., Buffalo, NY," are printed beneath her. The verso lists ailments that the oil has allegedly cured and the speedy times it took to work, ranging from immediately for "a severe case of neuralgia" to three days for "a bad case of rheumatism." "Presented by Walbridge & Crawford, Druggists, Ithaca, Mich." is stamped at the bottom of the verso. "Stella Jacobs," is handwritten in pencil below.
