Union Membership Card. Card certifying Henry Hunt's membership in Local 5 of the Musicians' Protective and Benevolent Association of Detroit, Michigan. The verso has four spaces to record payment of quarterly dues in 1899. The first quarter is filled in--75 [cents?] paid on March 3rd to O.H. Dandell. The card is printed on yellow paper.
