Union Card. 1942 UAW-CIO Local 155 Membership and Attendance Card issued to Frank A. Carter. Carter was initiated into the union by Walter H. Fleak. Spaces to punch out each month of the year are provided along the top and bottom edge of the card. All months have been punched with sunburst-shaped, punches, except for February, which is covered with an "unemployed" stamp, and November and December. "Hall Asst." is also stamped near the top. The verso contains printed information about dues and changes of address.
