Certificate

Certificate of appreciation awarded to Henry D. Brown by the Episcopal Church of St. Cyprian of the Diocese of Michigan on October 6, 1968. The certificate was given in appreciation of Henry Brown as "a man who exemplifies a sensitive appreciation for the principle of human dignity and who has dedicated his life to the consistent implementation of this precept" and for "his accomplishments in opening doors of opportunity and dignity to many." The certificate is signed on the lower right by the Rev. Canon Malcolm G. Dade, Rector, and Donald O'Neal, Senior Warden. The certificate is embossed and stamped on the lower left with the seal of Helen T McKnight, Notary Public of Wayne County, Michigan.
