Certificate from Albion College conferring upon Henry D. Brown the degree of Doctor of Laws. The text of the certificate reads "The Board of Trustees and Faculty of Albion College, deeming Henry Daniels Brown worthy of honorable recognition, have voted to confer upon him the degree of Doctor of Laws and have directed the executive officers of the College Corporation to affix their signatures and the seal of the Corporation hereto. Done at Albion, Michigan, this tenth day of June in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-three." The certificate is signed by W. Clark Dean, President of Board of Trustees, and Louis W. Norris, President of College.
