Certificate

Certificate to the Detroit Historical Society from the American Association for State and Local History. The text of the certificate reads "This is to certify that Detroit Historical Museum is a supporter of the state and local history movement in the United States and Canada by virtue of membership in the American Association for State and Local History for the year ending March 1976 and is entitled to all of the rights and privileges thereof". There certificate is signed on the bottom left by the director of the American Association for State and Local History. The bottom right of the certificate features an embossed and foil stamped seal of the American Association for State and Local History.
