Certificate for William Bushnell Stout. The certificate consists of a full color image of a Pennsylvania-Central Airlines plane, which mounted on board and framed by heavy paper with the text of the certificate. The text reads "Pennsylvania-Central Airlines Does Hereby Certify that William B. Stout is Duly Commissioned as Honorary Captain of the Capital Fleet This 28th. day of February 1942, A.D., and is entitled to all the Special Privileges granted to his Commission. The certificate is signed "C. Bedell Mouro, President" and affixed with blue ribbon and gold seal of the Pennsylvania-Central Airlines Corporation.
