One commemorative certificate given to Arthur Page on the occasion of his retirement from the City of Detroit Department of Water Supply on May 19, 1962. The certificate is printed in black text on white paper which has a decorative, engraved gold-colored background design. The certificate was signed by five Commissioners, the General Manager, and the Mayor, Jerome P. Cavanagh.
