The P. J. Huggabee Teddy Bear Campaign

One "Certificate of Special Tribute" for "The P. J. Huggabee Teddy Bear Campaign." The certificate is printed in black and blue text on white paper. The seal of the State of Michigan is shown at the top and a decorative engraved design is shown along the border. The certificate was issued by the Governor in recognition of Hudson's campaign against child abuse which included the donation of a teddy bear to the "Chance at Childhood Foundation" for each bear that was sold in Hudson's stores. A gold-colored embossed seal is affixed at the lower left corner and Governor John Engler has signed his name at the lower right corner. The certificate is dated February 21, 1996.
