Stock Certificate. Detroit & Port Huron Shore Line Railway stock for 45 shares and issue number 16, issued April 8, 1901. The stock certificate was cancelled September 12, 1902. A series of 1898 documentary stamps are affixed to the verso and range in value from .05 cents to .50 cents. An etching of the rapid railway system is visible at the top center of the certificate.
