Duluth-Superior Dredging Company

One stock certificate of the "Duluth-Superior Dredging Company." The certificate, Number 361, is printed in black text on white paper that has a light red wavy line background pattern. The certificate has a decorative black engraved pattern along the border and an embossed company seal near the lower left corner. A red engraved image of a dipper dredge boat can be seen in the center background of the certificate. Handwritten and printed text indicates that "Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Co. is the owner of Three hundred seventeen and one half Shares of One Hundred Dollars each of the Capital Stock of Duluth-Superior Dredging Company." The certificate is dated October 13, 1954, and is signed by "P.D. Miller, Secretary," and "E.A. Koonmen, President." The verso contains decorative red engraved borders, background patterns, and text.
