Check, Bank
One bank check, No. 344, dated September 17, 1900, that was issued by the "Capewell Horse Nail Co." of Detroit to J. C. Cozadd of Wayne, Michigan. The check is printed in black text on white paper. It has a decorative black border with an engraved image of a horseshoe, nail, and laurel leaf branches on the left side. A red 2-cent Documentary stamp is affixed to the image. Blank lines on the check have been completed in black typewritten text.
