A small map showing the six lettered sections of the store accompanies the directory listing. The exterior is printed with nine different phone numbers for the customer shopping service, a list of departments for special Christmas gifts, and information of extended hours at the downtown store as well as at the Northland, Eastland, and Westland locations. The exterior is printed in black and white on red, with several holiday images of horns, snowflakes, and a telephone.
