In the foreground, a riveting team is at work on the rear deck of one of the boats. Other boats and workmen can be seen in the background. The drawing is signed by the artist, "Vernon Howe Bailey," in the lower right corner and is one of a group of eight drawings that he made of the Eagle Boat construction work.
