This drawing is of the Michigan Packing Co. on Monroe Street, and shows the facade of the building to the right and a detailed drawing of a window and fixture to the left. There are four colored squares at the top right. Text along the right side indicates the colors of portions of the building, including, from top to bottom: "blue windows"; "gray wood trim"; "gray wood"; "terra cotta red tile"; and "white tile." The drawing is signed and dated by the artist on the bottom right.
