One architectural drawing of the D. M. Ferry & Company Seed Warehouse. The watercolor drawing on heavy art paper shows a front corner view of the proposed 4-story brick warehouse building that was located on Brush Street between Monroe and E. Lafayette Streets in Detroit. The date of the company founding, 1856, is shown at the top of building over the central door. Various wagons, carriages, and pedestrians can be seen in the busy street scene in the lower foreground. The drawing was prepared by George D.
