One set of architectural drawings of a residential house. The drawings (Job 276) consist of brown and black ink on linen and shows a 3-story, residential house. Some brown pencil shading has also been added in order to highlight the architectural features. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of nine sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect," for the "Roney Land Company." The house is located on Hawthorne Road near Lake Shore Boulevard.
