Set of seven architectural drawings of J. Lawson Miller's Job Number 235, an addition to a house designed for Ezekiel H. Sackett at 451 Fourteenth Street. The plans consist of a west-facing front elevation, south side elevation, north side elevation, present floor plan, basement floor plan, first floor plan, and attic and roof-level floor plan. drawn at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot in black and red ink on vellum paper with red, blue, and yellow pencil shading on the verso to highlight various architectural details. The addition enlarges the first floor and adds a second floor. The first floor includes two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen, to which the addition adds a new alcove, pantry, and laundry room. The attic adds a third bedroom, and storage area. The basement contains vegetable room, coal bin, bathroom, a concrete floored cellar area, and unexcavated space.
