Front Elevation

One architectural drawing entitled "Front Elevation." The drawing (Job 189) consists of black ink on linen and shows front elevation views and wall cross-section detail for a proposed 2-story corner saloon and pool hall that included living quarters for two families on the second floor. The design work was done for "The August Goebel Estate, Detroit, Michigan." This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of six sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect." Some green and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details.
