The Stoepel Estate
[Lexington Apartments]

One set of plans entitled "The Stoepel Estate." The set consists of black ink on linen and contains two sheets that show proposed architectural revisions to the front of the three-story Lexington Apartments building located at 58 Ferry Ave. W. The revisions included a large porch at the main entrance on the ground floor along with decorative columns and railings for new overhead porches on the second and third floors. The name of the building, "Lexington," is shown over the arched entrance. The plans are shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot. A title block in the lower right corner of each plan sheet indicates that the drawings were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect, 15 Goebel Building, Detroit, Michigan."
