Fitting Out
One pencil sketch by Vernon Howe Bailey. The sketch shows the Great Lakes Engineering Works shipyard in Ecorse, Michigan, with the steamship, Coules, under construction. Workmen, materials, cranes and equipment can also be seen in the sketch. A handwritten note near the lower left corner shows "Fitting Out." The sketch is signed in the lower right corner, "Vernon Howe Bailey, Ecorse, 19."
