James D. May Apartment Bldg.
One ink and watercolor painting of the "James D. May Apartment Bldg." which was located on "[Grand] Boulevard between John R & Brush Sts." The painting was done on heavy white paper and shows a front corner view of a three-story red brick apartment building. The steps at the building entrance have a decorative overhead archway and the front apartments all have bay windows. Lawn areas are shown on the front and sides of the building. One woman and two dogs can be seen on a sidewalk in the foreground. The painting was prepared by "S. C. Falkinberg, Architect."
