City of Detroit

Plan sheet entitled "City of Detroit." The pencil drawing on vellum paper shows plan view of one of the decks of the sidewheel passenger steamship. A note along the lower right edge shows "Cargo doors and windows on first sheet." The drawing appears to have been traced from another plan, but no dates or scales are indicated and the name of the draftsman is not shown. Probably, this drawing was done by a member of the Great Lakes Model Shipbuilders Guild for the Dossin Great Lakes Museum.
