Handwritten pencil text beneath the title shows "8-19-18, J.S.B. [James Scripps Booth]," but several revision notes at the lower edge of the sheet show dates of "3-20-1920" and "Nov. 10, 1920." The drawing is shown at "1/4 Scale."
