Novelty promotional hand fan from Bill's Bar at 12449 Conant Avenue. The fan is wedge-shaped with a finger hole at the bottom, reinforced with a wide arc of grey paper on both sides. The recto is printed with a color illustration of the view from a tropical island's bay. Palm trees line the shore. Sailing ships are visible along the horizon in the distance. "Bill's Bar where 'Old Friends Meet' 12449 Conant Ave. Townsend 7-9749, Liquor - Wine and Lunches," is printed on the verso.
