Silent black and white 16mm film containing an assortment of shots relating to the City of Detroit Department of Building and Safety Engineering's Bureau of Plumbing film "A Visit to Detroit's Bureau of Plumbing Inspection" (2015.007.065).

The film includes shots of basement plumbing, forms, office workers, a building permit at a construction site, an inspector arriving at the site of a dig, and pans around the residential neighborhood surrounding an inspection site. Some of the initial shots on the reel are upside-down.

The film is contained on a small unmarked metal reel.
