Three 16mm films housed together in a single canister containing footage relating to Detroit's Chinese population, and of Detroit Historical Society president George Stark, presumably shot for a documentary on Detroit's Chinatown.

The first reel is shot in black and white with sound, and features an interview with a teacher at a Chinese language school. She translates several characters, discusses the age ranges of her students, and explains that school was opened in 1953 by a Chinese merchants' organization.

The second reel is silent and is shot in black and white of an interview with historian George W. Stark. The clapboard also lists Stark as the director.

The final reel contains a pan around a black and white photo of a group of Chinese American men before a police desk, relating to an unspecified raid by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
