16mm color workprint with synchronized magnetic audio from the Sue Marx production, "This Is My Home, This Is Detroit," containing footage of a group of people raking leaves then playing volleyball on a residential street, followed by a clarinet player and a trumpeter performing at a construction site for low income housing in Corktown. The clapboards are dated October 25, 1985, however the rolls are labeled October 28, 1985.

In the first segment, people rake leaves on an unidentified residential street. There are several shots of children playing in the leaves. Afterward, a group of people play volleyball in the middle of the street, while others relax on lawn chairs beside the street and eat Dominos' Pizza. A group of children also play in a tree.

In the second segment, clarinet player Larry Lamb performs several takes of the theme song "Detroit, My Home" on Bagley Avenue between Rosa Parks Boulevard and Tenth Street, against the backdrop of the partially completed Clement Kern Gardens housing development, and the downtown skyline. He is then joined by Herbie Williams on trumpet. Finally, several shots are taken of just Williams.
