They offer being dropped off, taking a bus or taxi, parking at a nearby shopping center, or waiting for the pay lot to become accessible in the evenings as alternatives. "Jan 10-1973," along with some subtraction of figures labeled as "Edison," and "Keep," resulting in a difference of 34.94 are handwritten in ink on the verso.
