Entry form for the Downtown Detroit Days Silver Anniversary Grand Prize Drawing, held by the Central Business District Association in the Spring of 1979. The grand prizes are listed as a 1979 Dodge St. Regis, a vacation for two to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, or a Norwegian Natural Blue Fox Stole from Winkelman's. Entrants are instructed to drop their completed form into the D-D-Days Mailbox on the Kern Block or to a downtown store. Text along the bottom of the form states that the celebration is schedule for May 20th through the 23rd of 1979. A blank is adhered to the back of the form.
