Invitation

Quarter-folded invitation to the Adcraft Christmas Party held at the Hotel Statler on Friday, December 20th. Only one side of the page has been printed on, creating four panel--two outside and two inside. The outside panels feature color illustrations of a band and a group of men with snarled expressions holding sheets of paper, possibly suggesting drunken carolers. The inside of the invitation lists the nights program, including a talk by Roger Andrews of the Detroit Times entitled, "How to Succeed Without Working," and includes an illustration of a group of men in suits receiving presents from a giant Santa Claus. A caption above one of the men in line reads, "That ain't Santa... that's Jack Weed," referring to Adcraft's entertainment committee chairman.
