Half-folded invitation to a "Demolition Ceremony and Public Reception for Mrs. Franklin D. Roosevelt" autographed by Eleanor Roosevelt on the cover. The event was held by the City of Detroit and the Detroit Housing Commission on September 9, 1935, beginning with the demolition of 651 Benton Street to make way for the Brewster Project, which was then followed by a reception at the Naval Armory. Members of the mayor's reception committee are listed within and on the back page. "St. Michael's" is also handwritten on the back.
