Pocket-size ledger entitled "Ledger" that has a green cardboard cover and a black tape binding. The ledger was owned by Raymond Enoch. The number, "3594," is handwritten in black ink on the top. The interior pages have lines and columns that are printed in light blue and red ink on white paper. The ledger contains 160 pages that are un-numbered. Four pages at the front of the ledger have been torn out and the next 35 pages have been filled in with handwritten entries that show rental income and expense data from 1941 to 1944 for 12074 and 12076 Indiana Avenue in Detroit.
