Letter
Half-folded handwritten letter from Margaret A. Couzens to her nephew Jack, on black bordered stationery with the header, "Mrs. James Couzens, Wabeek, East Long Lake Road, Pontiac, Michigan. The letter reads:
Dearest Jack,
Today I looked every where for a unusual gift for you, but it seemed that every thing they showed me I felt you must have. So I returned home with the thought that may be a chagne[?] would nice. So here it is enclosed, have a shopping spree on it. You know, I wish you great success in the University and that your future will be filled with happiness.
We are all very proud of you. Fine work this passed year which proves that you can accomplish what you go after.
I know you have made your father and mother very happy.
Come and see us when you can. Betty will return soon after the 4th. We have missed her very much. My love to the family and a good share for your own dear self.
