Three page handwritten letter and airmail envelope sent to Corporal Daniel Matthew Karales by his mother, dated August 28, 1952. In the letter, she relays news of Daniel's brothers and sisters, and includes a brief note and drawing by his young nephew Paul. "[Do no]t bend, pictures," was handwritten on the envelope.
