One letter, dated October 3, 1930, from W. Hutchinson of the Michigan Central Railroad to Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company of Detroit. The letter is typewritten in black ink on white letterhead paper that is watermarked "Howard Bond, Made In U.S.A." The letter enclosed a deed from the Canada Southern Bridge Company concerning a strip of land on Stony Island.
