One typewritten letter from the Floral City Furniture Company, dated August 29, 1975. The typewritten text was photocopied onto a sheet of company letterhead. The letter indicated that the company had been liquidated and that a check was included with the letter in the amount of $2.40 per share. This check was the third and final distribution to stockholders. The letter was signed by "E. M. Knabusch, Chairman of the Board" and "H. F. Gertz, President."
