Francis Palms Building

One letter, dated September 3, 1925, from J. M. Watson, manager of the Francis Palms Building to J. Lawson Miller, architect, of Detroit. The bi-fold, brochure-style letter is typewritten in black text on light tan letterhead paper. The interior pages and back page have black printed text which discuss various features and amenities that were available for tenants of the 12-story Francis Palms Building. The brochure includes a black and white drawing that depicts a front corner view of the building. Also shown are a floorplan drawing, a location map, and two black and white photographic halftone images of adjacent downtown Detroit buildings.
