Luce Manufacturing Company
One letter, dated November 30, 1938, from Charles H. Barber of the Luce Manufacturing Company of Lansing to Alfred J. Meyer of the Gregory, Mayer & Thom Company of Detroit. The letter was typewritten in black text on white letterhead paper. A typewritten stock subscription agreement form was attached which indicated that the Gregory, Mayer & Thom Company had agreed to purchase preferred and common shares in the Luce Manufacturing Company.
