Metropolitan Police Commission

4-page letter handwritten in black ink on slightly yellowed paper by the Commissioners of the Metropolitan Police Commission. The paper has the watermark, "Springdale." The letter is a summary of the police department personnel and equipment for the current fiscal year. The text of the letter has been transcribed as follows:
