Stephenson Building

One letter, dated March 6, 1926, from B. F. Stephenson to J. Lawson Miller, architect, of Detroit. The bi-fold, brochure-style letter is typewritten in black text on white letterhead paper. The interior pages and back page have black and red printed text which discuss various features and amenities that would be available for tenants of the new 10-story Stephenson Building. The office/retail building was to be constructed in the New Center area near the General Motors Building. The brochure includes a black and white drawing that depicts a front corner view of the building. Also shown are a typical floorplan drawing and a location map.
