Detroit 1852

One lithograph print entitled "Detroit 1852." The print shows a large image at the center which is surrounded by 20 smaller images of various buildings, streets, and scenes in the city. The large image at the center is entitled "View of Detroit from M.C.R.R. [Michigan Central Railroad] Wheat Depot." Small printed text along the lower left and center edges shows "Drawn and Lith. by R. Bürger" and "Entered according to act of Congress in the Clerk's office of the District of Michigan in the year 1853, by Robert Bürger and Cuno Dix." Additional small printed text along the lower right edge shows "Printed and Published by R. Bürger & C. Dix, Beaubien Str. betw. Jeff. Ave. & Woodbr. Str., Detroit."
