Repair shop records, in going and outgoing laundry tallies, and fire hydrant information is included in the final pages. The book is bound in a green cover with red corners. "Sept." is handwritten on the cover. A Detroit House of Corrections laundry slip is included inside the book. "Engine 36, Ladder 16," is written on the edge on the inside of the back cover.
